genuinely tripping out my mind feeling out of my body, derealization, but strong, super strong, i often assume i’m not even real

idk what’s up with that but it’s stronger every single day , the walls and floors genuinely move in my eyes nowadays, colors distort, and etc

doubt its psychosis ive been feeling this since i was 16,

now it rollercoasters up and down, my behavior doesnt change or my beliefs, i just feel genuinely not real and thats about it
