Just do calisthenics, for an aesthetic physique all you need to do is hit biceps triceps back and chest tbh that's the majority of what is deemed a "good frame" and that can be done eating at maintenance calories or a 300 calorie surplus with chin ups/pullups dips and push-ups all weighted ofc and that can all be done at home, abs look nice but to be honest dont need to be trained as long as you're somewhat lean, I dont hit abs very often if ever and have rather visible ones tho I am aiming to be leaner in the future

I enjoy it because I get to see my bros. When I trained alone, it was just a task I had to accomplish.

You don’t need to feel like doing things in order to do them

Would you mind sharing your workout routine? Like you, I do bodyweight exercises only as I feel that that lifting does not align with the results I want (hollows cheeks + ideal facial proportions + lean muscular bod). I do pushup progressions + row progressions + squat progressions 3 days a week. By the way, what's your opinion on cardio?

It's not that bad, personally I love it.

jim is nice getting away from the NTs after working all week

i just go for 3 months everytime and then get bored and quit

its because you dont raw dog it you have to pick a wall to stare at then you stare at it whilst you do your workout music is bad
