Tired of people giving cope advice. What ive tried so far:
- Maintain salt to potassium ratio
- Cut sugar by a LOT weekly
- Daily 25k steps/cardio + gym
- Lymph drain morning

Despite doing all of these daily, everyday I wake up with a very puffy face and my ramus is practically hidden behind face fat throughout the day. Most of my fat is stored on face and my body is overall skinny. Can anyone recommend anything that will really help debloat my face that they have tried and has worked?

if you have unfortunate facial fat distribution and/or short ramus with no zygos, your face will look puffy and there's nothing you can really do abt it, im suffering from the same problem so im bonesmashing rn then i'll try debloating after i grow the bones necessary
