I saw on a thread someone say that I need to take 3500-4500mg of potassium to debloat, is it true? So I have two drink two liters of coconut water 🤢also would it have a side effect on me? I’ve been only taking a regular daily dose of potassium (2400mg for women)

3000mg is the recommended daily dose to reduce water retention

Diarrhea, loss of electrolytes + switch to potassium chloride powder, cheaper
Combined to sparkling water to avoid minerals unbalance (free advice : open slightly the bottle hours before, to reduce to carbonated gaz so y'all didn't burp like animals)
