4 L of water seems so impossible 😭i probably drink like 500ml or less a day, also 8 hours sleep is impossible with a baby im running on like 2, will try the other stuff tho thankyou

if you physically can’t get the 8 hours then supplement fish oil and l theanine

3-4L is essential
