Whether or not you’re bloated
- First thing you need to know is the difference between being bloated and having low bone mass. There are many that say they are bloated time and time again not realizing they weren’t bloated in the first place. There is no debloat for a narrow jaw or no zygos so please keep that in mind. You should also know the difference between water retention and a high body fat percentage. No amount of debloating will help if the body fat is too high. Also note that everyone is different. Some people will thrive at 14% bf and some people will struggle at 14%.
Hydration and electrolytes
- Hydration is an important factor when it comes to getting rid of water retention but many people do it wrong. Drinking ridiculous amounts of water by itself is NOT the way you should be hydrating if anything you're just over hydrating ripping your kidneys apart. I know people say drink a gallon of water a day but please don’t do that.
- You must consume water with electrolytes as that is more beneficial. Water and electrolytes work in tandem for skin hydration, cellular function etc. Drinking ridiculous amounts of water by itself will do nothing but cause more harm than good. Water with a balanced electrolytes profile is always the way to go, never drink more water than needed
- The best way to hydrate is to drink from electrolyte rich sources like watery fruits, lemon water, coconut water(not too much of this too much potassium will cause more bloat), and orange juice. Sure water by itself will keep you alive but it won’t be all that useful, especially for debloating.
Insulin
- Insulin is ridiculously important when it comes to the levels of bloat in your face/body
- The reason you’ll hear people tell you to avoid carbs(that aren’t complex) and sugar is because they cause huge insulin spikes. When your blood sugar rises your body releases a lot of insulin to bring these levels down. In the process, this causes fluid retention. This is where the whole idea of starve maxing comes from.
Starve maxxing
- Listen you want to be careful here because it can be useful but you could also be doing way more harm than good. Simply doing regular fasts(nothing too crazy) can definitely help bring your insulin levels down and get rid of the water retention in your face/body. But there will be consequences if you take it too far. Always remember too much of a good thing will always be a bad thing. It’s pretty self explanatory on why you shouldn’t go for ridiculous periods of time without eating. I understand you want better facial leanness but please take care of yourself in the process.
Cardio
- Cardio isn’t the most useful thing in the
world but it can help you move lymph fluid through your body. It can aid by causing muscle contractions which will pump the fluid through your body.
Diet overall
- I’m not saying shit here cause if I get one thing wrong @Whitepill is going to crucify me so ask someone else more qualified if you want an in-depth guide to an ideal diet . But in general please try to stay away from simple carbs and a lot of sugar
These are just my personal findings and things I’ve tested that I’ve seen actual results from. Some of this might be old news to you but there are also things in here help with anti aging and overall health (aside from the starve maxxing kinda that’s a little controversial). But I thought I might as well share.
