I need tips for debloating my face in the morning, I am already pretty skinny (48kgs/105 ish pounds 5'7 at 15 f) but my face wakes up really bloated, please give me tips or like a morning routine??

Reduce sodium intake, increase potassium intake and drink 2L of water each day

Yeah I did, limit your sodium-filled goyslop junk ( chips, processed sugar) consumption, drinking lots of water helped in other ways too

what I do is just wear a hoodie and go on the stair master or the treadmill and set it on the incline of 15 and run or jog on it for 25-30minutes and sweat it all out and ofc water intake and less shitty foods

Just lose more weight and you can use diuretics but you'll probably fuck it up. Looking at ur stats you should do none of this. Likely it's just baby fat and being too lean facially as a woman usually doesn't look good
