I haven't eaten any salt for a long time, because I wanted to have a tight skin and hollow cheeks. But 2 weeks ago, I started use a lot of salt to my meals. Instead of the face swelling, my face became more defined, skin was more tight and what is the most important, condition of my skin improved and is more moisturized. Why ?
