what’s ur bf% rn? and what’s ur weight and height? i’d say get lean first then maingain or lean bulk very slowly to avoid unnecessary fat gain

yeah, cut definitely but make sure it’s sustainable and you have maintenance breaks if needed so that binging doesn’t occur.
 
with whole raw food
doesn’t have to be raw tbh, i eat my steaks cooked and it’s perfectly fine. it’s all up to how a person can stick to something for a long period of time. whole foods are definitely a necessity tho.

try not giving urself a time frame, just go for it. tbh i dont think its possible to get lean by winter, it takes a long time to lower bf%, if you give urself a time frame u will not be motivated once winter comes.😢
