Rage defining arms and getting rid of upper body fat is a nightmare

ik im not training hard enough bc my biceps and triceps measurements didn’t change at all in a month but idk what to do im considering getting on test atp (jk)

im joking about the test LOL im a woman, i accumulate fat on my arms so i want them to get defined, i also do pilates

i know the results will only come with lower body fat but my arms are taking faster to get smaller compared to my waist and stomach

why do you want to build muscle on ur arms as a woman
 
I love women with muscle on them.
i dont want like crazy muscles but the definition of a thin arm that trains yk? a little biceps etc

its bc my arms are chubby so when i lose all the weight i will need muscle to substitute the tissue
 
One month isn't enough time to facilitate visible growth in your muscles, Train hard, Eat & sleep well and most importantly have patience
i know, im just a bit disappointed bc i had good results in other areas like waist stomach and legs.

but i got a higher protein dose and will train harder lets see

Girls with muscles don't have to look like a gymrat, but I'd love a girl with good definition & I don't see them having muscle as unfeminine
 
that’s a weight issue, and even so that is normal on a womanto a point
im just like projecting that i want to look skinny as a whole but if guys dont mind it thats good

yeah i think a little definition is pretty actually but nothing crazy

but it seems like guys prefer zero and a body that looks naturally skinny no work

High protein diet is a scam, You don't need a lot of protein to build muscle as muscle is 75% water & only 20% protein.
What you should do is figure out how much protein you'd need in a day(just as chatgpt list your weight & height...etc) & eat that much protein most of all a well balanced diet is whats required with good sleep

a nutricionis calculated it to me so im trusting them but yeahhhh i know i dont need to overdose on it

Sleep without an alarm & track how much sleep you get before you wake up naturally with a smart watch, That's the amount of hours you should aim for

i have talked to some and they say its not a preference but they dont mind if its not exaggerated

Only a caloric deficit, proper arms training & upper body cardio will work
 
I've found using meth as pre has caused me to become unbelievably jacked?
