also use rosemary oil it works wonders

For you 0.5mm once or twice per week max should be enough for eyebrows, combined with Minox 2% and/or 5% Rosemary diluted in a hair growth oil like castor oil or rice bran

For scalp hair growth it's more complicated, @milkjar forgot to say that the scalp's skin layers are thicker and deeper, and some studies found 1.5mm dermapen to be the most effective for scalp hairgrowth. But don't do that because 1.5mm is extremely painful with a small bleeding
