Method Dermarolling and maitrixyl serum for scars

I have old scars and stretch marks (not severe enough to get a laser) and dark spots in my face. My skin is really sensitive, so it can’t handle chemical peels.
My stretch marks are keloid. They are relatively minor
Scars are flat and dark. I have PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation): scars, dark spots from breakouts, and burns

Would dermarolling/dermastamping with maitrixyl help?

Laser is expensive and it takes time to save $$

for the acne scars you can use: retinoids, vitamin C, AHAs
