Meat is the primary source of food for humans, anything else is programming. I'm not saying that fruits and vegetables aren't important (they are, especially for detoxification), but no meat = unhealthy.

Eat steak/beef with eggs and butter everyday for two weeks, and then come back to me. As a woman (I'm assuming), you should be drinking a lot of milk (very estrogenic, aim for 1.5L daily).
