Discussion Dht maxx without losing hair

What do you mean enlighten me
Minox will speed up telogen phase and shedding on existent hair, so it's normally used to grow new hair, who has already fallen
Plus if you stop minox the hair fall

While preventive low dose topical finasteride just block scalp DHT but don't speed-up anagen/telogen phase

How can I increase dht without losing hair, if I rub topical finasteride , also minoxidil+ derm roll on my scalp also use dht gel on my PP and Megadose creatine + butea superba megadose, will it be great? Help me boyo
Depends on your genetics and how sensitive you are to male pattern baldness. Have you experienced hair shedding before?

Topical 5 alpha inhibitors will still go systemic btw just slightly less. and have less efficacy for hair loss. Maybe topical Ru 5668 with oral minoxidil

asking to increase dht without losing hair is like asking NWA to stop being black

So I should just use any natural hair serum for hair ?

Wdym i will be applying it only on the scalp tho
No jt gets into your bloodstream. If you want to be a low t f****t then easiest way is to get finasteride. Dht will not make you bald, srsly. Look into ray leat he's a genius that exposed jewish lies made to poison the aryan

My life changed DRASTICALLY once I started prioritizing DHT.

It was like going into secondary puberty. When Nietzsche wrote about the Übermensch, he was referring to optimizing DHT levels.

Herbs and supplements were helpful in kick-starting the enzyme 5 alpha reductase (which converts testosterone to DHT).

But the real issue is avoiding anything that inhibits DHT production.

Dhtmaxxing s the best choice I've made especially rn in puberty. My cheekbones are massive when before they were non existent

DHT increases with a diet high in creatine, glycine, carnitine and taurine.

Magnesium is also CRUCIAL

To convert cholesterol to testosterone and DHT, there are a LOT of enzymatic processes that take place beforehand.

And EVERY one of these enzymes NEEDS magnesium for conversion.

Iherb cucked me and delayed my magnesium supplement package so I've been spinachmaxxing until then

When you are growing, DHT is an absolutely CRUCIAL hormone.

DHT increases growth from the growth plate by promoting epiphyseal chondrocyte proliferation.

In addition to that, DHT also prevents the closure of the growth plate.

When testosterone is converted to DHT, it can no longer aromatize into estrogen. Estrogen is the hormone responsible for ossification (closure) of the growth plates.

DHT, in a sense, causes the growth spurt to end later.

My friend boyo

DHT doesn't cause hair loss.

Poor posture, poor blood circulation, calcification of the scalp, and nutritional defeciencies + high cortisol, estrogen, serotonin, pth and prolactin do.

Poor Gut Health and Liver Health as well

the amount of brain rot in this thread is impressive. dht is 100% the reason for male pattern baldness but if you are under 25 you shouldnt take any dht blockers since it will fuck with your sexual development. You wont be low t unless you had low t before. your body just increases the free testosterone

If you are losing hair you need to save that shit. Unless you want to be that bald dick head who drives a truck and hates everyone lmao

Hi, I'm heavy into research and testing of chemicals / nutrients / vitamins and supplements for alternatives to harsh and side-effect laden drugs that we can use for looksmaxxing goals.

If youre looking for natural ways to deal with hair loss instead of using minoxidil or finasteride...There are a few options out there, though their effectiveness can vary. Here are some worth checking out:

  • Saw Palmetto: This comes from the berries of the Serenoa repens plant and is thought to block an enzyme (5α-reductase) that turns testosterone into DHT, a hormone tied to hair loss. Some studies say it helps with hair growth, but it’s generally not as strong as finasteride.

  • Pumpkin Seed Oil: Packed with phytosterols, this oil might help block DHT production. Some research shows it can boost hair count in people dealing with androgenetic alopecia.
    [Source: PubMed]
  • Caffeine: Yep, caffeine isn’t just for waking you up! Applying it topically can stimulate hair follicle growth and fight DHT’s effects. It might even keep hair in its growth phase longer.

  • Rosemary Oil: This oil has anti-inflammatory perks and may improve scalp circulation. In fact, some studies found it works as well as minoxidil for promoting hair growth over six months.

Hi there,

Try not to get too anxious about these sorts of chemicals...DHT has some bad side effects that essentially go against your overall looksmaxxing goal...in other words, taking them can undo your gains in terms of your looksmaxxing journey.

Sometimes the benefits you read about a chemical seem enticing, but it's when you research the clinical data on how it SHOULD be used and why its used, that you see how test subjects who use such chemicals (who should not have taken those drugs) get adverse side effects.

In my research, there are safer and more natural and semi-natural ways to get a similar effect to DHT
