It was a thing back in 2021-2022, it was more about discipline / locking in / lone wolf and allat bull shit but then certain people started including women into it and some people like the guy I mentioned tryin to mimic the meme to gain popularity which just made it stupidly Main stream to the point of it becoming really cringe
