Lifefuel / Motivation Did my 5km race today 26:46

I had a race this morning around 12am afternoon, i did nothing the whole morning anticipating the race


My finishing time was 26:46 my goal was under 25min which i failed and got frustrated but still this has been my second race in 2026 so not really that bad, there were cash prizes for top 3 people,

first person did the 5k got it under 15 minutes

goes to show there will always be bigger fish

but yeah after that i had a pesto chicken sandwich and then my neighbour asked for help to fix his telle so i helped him and got 20 euro out of it

bout to do my 4 page english essay on paula meehan (an irish poet) for school tomorrow

anyway hows you guys doing?

But I didn’t go on a run since valentinesday, if I’d go on a run right now my pace would probably be 6-8mins per km

Mirin bro, don't worry about performing under your goal of you have it all you had. Btw in my PE class I learned I was under average in cardio kek so you cardiomog me for sure.
