Did vitamin K2 changed anyone's face?

I swear to god, this vitamin changed my face, not sure if it is better or worse, but it increase my bone mass and made me look like an actual adult. I used to get called young and looked 16 despite being 23, now I look my age but I kinda miss my old childish look which could be appeal to some women. It essentially got rid of baby fat and made face more boney. Also not sure if I am imagining this but my eyes seem farther apart which is not good...

Has anyone tried this before and did it change your face? also must be high dose.
