Here's the perfect human diet.

1. Minimal fish consumption
2. Don't eat fruit or meat. Meat gives you heart attacks and fruit gives you diabetes.
3. The best protein sources are tofu and seitan.
4. There's no such thing as too much beans or lentils.
5. Beans, lentils, grains, and rices should be 90% of your calories. Try to get at least 120 grams of fiber a day. Bloating is a sign of health.
6. Don't drink water. Almond milk and quinoa milk are hydrating enough.
7. The best kind of fat is Linoleic acid. With every meal, cook with grapeseed oil. Monounsaturated and saturated fatty acid consumption will give you a premature death.
8. The only animal based food you should eat should be limited fish, and krill.

This diet is entirely consistent with what humans evolved eating.

Humans evolved by eating meat they hit a wall after agriculture and have barely changed since then in a biological point of view ofc not having to worry about hunting all day did save more time to do other things

no, for hundreds of thousands of years humans were processing grape seeds into oil that formed a primary staple of thier diet. this doesn't vary based on geography either. ALL humans in the past ate tons of grapeseed oil

Omnivores don’t exist in nature ofc animals will snack on anything if they are hungry but ppl legit call bears omnivores because they eat a single grape even tho the rest is meat

There is no animal who eats everything all the time even squirrels will eat meat if they don’t have nuts but they aren’t carnivores

alright blud please take a step back and recognize that this post was ironic and aimed at reducing the competition. recommending almond milk as well as calling the diet "consistent with what humans evolved to eat" should have given it away
