i have a question about my current diet and if it is holding me back from my goals ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ
so im 5'0, 115lbs at 15 and not focusing on really gaining or loseing any weight, im more
concerned about other factors diet can impact in general health

i normally dont eat full meals, im more of a snacker.
iavr around 1500cal a day and most of it is in fruits, stuff like toast and sandwitches
and to be honest chips (>/////< " ).. big guilty pleasure i luv my doritos.

when i do cook i only cook dinner and its mainly something meat and veggie related, i do this
3 to 4 times a week and on those days i get more like 2000cal! ૮₍ •⤙•˶
these days are mostly weekend plus monday and friday since im a student

is this diet bad for me? ive had no negitive side affects and ive always eaten like this but i
figured you guys would prob know best if there was something it was hurting.

do you think i should try to start meal prepping healthy meals? 𐔌՞. .՞𐦯

i was never big on breakfast or big lunches so maybe just figureing out easy dinner options to make and prepping a good snackie for lunch

just eat meat eggs dairy fruit and ull be fine dont over complicate it

you got people here telling you veggies are bad and you tell me you're gonna believe them like they're santa claus?
im asking why , i intend to keep eating veggies tho.. i love broccoli too much to stop ( • ̀ω•́ )✧
