rn i'm around 63kg at 184cm (last year i was 53) so i've been focusing more on my diet the past 3ish months. rn i eat porridge with honey, chicken breasts, meatballs with tomato sauce and pasta (not the best but good for calories), Greek yogurt, home made burgers in sourdough bun, steak, berries, bananas, homemade roast potatoes and occasionally a pizza if i haven't hit my calories. does anyone have any advice for me on my journey would be greatly appreciated.

Start counting how much you eat and not just what you eat. Set up a spreadsheet to track your weight. Take a look at your 7-day moving average instead of your weight on individual days.

Buy a food scale and track your calories, why are you making it harder than it has to be? Aim to gain .1 to .7 pounds a week and hit the gym

i ask chat gpt to estimate it is that bad? and i can't go to a gym, but i can start working out from home
Working out from home isn’t ideal, you’re going to miss out on a lot of gains. Try and find a gym if you’re able to. And yes, that’s bad. Buy a food scale and download myfitnesspal
