I was planning on eating solids again ( I did today actually but it was just 2 Salisbury steaks) but woukd it be a bad idea to stay on a mainly liquid diet for awhile just until I look a normal weight ig ? I'd drink a smoothie everyday to get my nutrients and I'd strength train a but to not lose too much muscle

what's ur weight and how much u wanna go down? i don't think a liquid diet is that necessary, just don't overeat, not an expert on this tho

Not saying my current weight cuz I've lied about it before (still not overweight tho) but I wanna lose like 25 lbs

the most i've cut was like 1000 cals a day, i think doing that for a long time should work ?

Maybe add low-intensity cardio like walking
