yh, the stomach acids affect ur teeth and ur body barely gets any food to the intestines, so barely any vitamines or nutritions reach the body

I've done both cardio method mogs to GH so many benefits compared to bulimia which is only cons
i can only do cardio method over summer.. 🥹

your body digests carbs while still in your mouth, if you do that your body will only have carbs but no protein, fat or nutrients and that’s even worse

thats not good. slight bulimia is still bulimia. its bad mental. i think you look pretty slim though, and im pretty sure any of my advice on losing weight will help you but i just think maybe you should reconsider.

idk i just feel stuck bc the only time i lose weight is when i do lots of walking/cardio, and i only have time for that in the summer. ive been experimenting with a bunch of diets and workouts and i just want to find a way that isnt so time consuming like walking for half of my day yk

have you tried calorie counting and then going on like a big deficit? first count on a normal day to see how much youre consuming, and then cut down consistently every day by a few hundred calories
