Rather than trying to lose a lot of weight try body recomp, since your weight rn isn’t bad

Eat slightly below maintenance calories while increasing your protein intake and working out. You should be consuming 0.7–1g protein per pound body weight. And just avoid obvious bad stuff like sugar and fast food

If you eat too little at 14 it can affect your growth badly so it’s better to maintain a healthy weight

Alr thanks, I don’t really eat much sugar either way, don’t like anything sugar they taste shit. I had an eating disorder when I was younger so I was really fat but I lost weight.

Anyone got any tips on dieting like foods to eat and foods to not eat? Trying to lose weight.
Track your calories with an app like Chronometer. Mainly eat meat, cereals (rice, wheat, oats), vegetables, fruits, feculents, legumes, dairy products, eggs, seeds and nuts. Reduce as much as possible transformed products and learn to cook for yourself.

don't restrict yourself, have as much lean protein as you can realistically and make sure not to skimp out on healthy fats and fiber or you'll be constipated and bloated. any restriction especially at a young age can lead to malnourishment and stunted growth

This ideal lunch? Alr fucked up the chicken tho (these left overs from yesterday I’m eating as lunch) it’s grilled sirloin, a chicken leg, 2 eggs (fried in avocado oil), guac (avocado, tomatoes, onions, and chilli flakes), and white rice (also cooked in avocado oils). Ideal or no

It’s good cause a lot of protein and healthy fats but it seems like it’s high in calories
It’d probably be best to use a calorie tracking app to make sure you’re not going above your maintenance calories
