I know I never said it has correlation with each other just that the causes (either obtained or born with) are similar and both are 9/10 harmless.

It’s often not serious and shouldn’t be stressed about,if usually your pupils are like this you probably just have harmless anisocoria, if happening sometimes it could be a difference in hormones such as seratonin,dopamine and some stress hormones.
