1.1 What is Dimorphism?
Dimorphism is how strongly a person of the two genders' traits is attributed to their sex expectations. For example, with men, a strong physique, a strong facial structure, and a lean face are attributed with high dimorphism for men. Whilst for women, fat thighs, full lips, narrow faces, and fuller breast development are considered highly dimorphic for their gender.

1.2 Link Between Dimorphism And Sexual Appeal
Many women find men with high dimorphism attractive because of how dimorphism displays a high content of the hormone "testosterone," which, to the female brain, displays immense physical strength, hormonal health, and fertility. The brain finds these highly necessary to produce a suitable mate and to act as a protecter of sorts for their offspring and themselves. In modern society, this is also very prevalent, as this sort of selective breeding and protection is called "hypergamy."

1.3 Hormones Involved in Dimorphism
Dimorphism is mainly influenced by hormones. Hormones are chemical messengers made by various glands of the body for different purposes. Primary hormones for dimorphism in male bodies include:
Testestorone, which promotes a strong jaw, broad shoulders, increased muscle mass, and a deep voice.
Dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, is a hormone made after the 5-alpha reductase converts testosterone into DHT. DHT is a more potent version of testosterone, which binds to androgen receptors. This further enhances masculine traits as said in the Testosterone inquiry.
HGH, or human growth hormone, is a hormone made by the pituitary gland to influence bone and muscle growth by stimulating their respective cells to create more mass in areas like the face.
IGF-1, or Insulin-like Growth Factor 1, is another hormone that is primarily stimulated by HGH (can also be stimulated by other things such as insulin production). It is another hormone that directly stimulates bone and muscle growth. During puberty, both HGH and IGF-1 work simultaneously to grow and lengthen the human body. It also influences bone mass in areas like the zygos, chin, mandible, and gonions.

2.0 Examples of Dimorphic Traits in Men
w. pictures
Dimorphic traits that attract women include a broad, well-defined jawline.
, a prominent chin
, a pronounced brow ridge
, prominent zygos
, a larger, wider face structure (wide gonions),
,broad shoulders with a narrow waist (V-taper), increased muscle mass,
a thicker neck,
and a prominent Adam's apple.
All these features attract women because of their indications to the subconscious foid brain, that these people have superior genetics, thus making them more viable for reproduction.

3.0 Habits to Enhance Dimorphism
Habits to enhance and help improve dimorphism include getting 8–10 hours of quality sleep each night, as this supports natural growth hormone, testosterone, DHT, and IGF-1 production. Eating a diet fit for your needs, this includes diets such as meat-based, which prioritize meat, dairy, eggs, and fruit. Regular movement such as sprints, weights, walking, etc. Helps the body increase HGH and makes your body look more muscular. Whilst maintaining a body fat of 12 to 17% helps maintain maximum testosterone output that doesn't get disrupted by fat or not enough fat. Managing stress, limiting nicotine use. And last is to eat well, eat very well, and always maintain a 200-calorie-plus-bulk diet during your detrimental years (puberty, unless you're above 20% BF).

4.1 Nutrition
Nutrition has a critical role in supporting hormone production, muscle growth, and overall dimorphic development. Protein provides the building blocks needed to build and repair muscle tissue and supports the production of hormones, bone, and muscle. Calcium and other minerals provide the literal brick for bones. Vitamin D provides essential synthesis of calcium and also aids in the balance between testosterone and estrogen. Vitamin D also is critical for basic hormonal health. Carbohydrates are the main energy source of the body, which helps the body stay fueled up. Whilst fats and cholesterol help improve hormonal and endocrine health. Colesterol is also a building block for most hormones, such as sex hormones (estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone) and other steroid hormones.

4.2 Supplement Stack
Vitamin D3:
Essential for testosterone balance, calcium and phosphorus synthesis, and regular muscle function. Great supplement for
people living in northern areas with less sun and for people who are deficient.
Creatine:
Creatine is one of the most effective and well-researched supplements for increasing lean muscle mass when combined with resistance training. Creatine helps build muscle, which is one of, if not the most, important features of a dimorphic build.
Zinc + Magnesium:
Important for hormonal production, it should only be used if deficiency is present, as it doesn't do much if you add more on top of an efficiency.
Protein:
To meet daily protein needs when you don't have many options from meat. Protein is essential for almost everything, including hormones, muscle growth, and facial development, as it provides the building blocks needed.
Calcium:
Calcium is essential for making bones not be hollow and instead be strong and not fracture easily. You should intake only 600 grams of calcium via supplementation per meal, as the body absorbs calcium better if it is split.

5.0 Pharmaceuticals
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) – A prescription treatment for men with clinically low testosterone. It can increase muscle mass, body hair, and bone density and deepen the voice, but it is intended only for those with a diagnosed deficiency and requires regular medical monitoring.
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)—A prescription hormone that stimulates the testes to produce testosterone. It is commonly used in specific medical situations, such as certain forms of hypogonadism or to help preserve testicular function during hormone therapy.
Growth Hormone (GH)—Prescribed for people with diagnosed growth hormone deficiency. GH increases the production of
IGF-1, supporting normal bone growth, muscle development, tissue repair, and body composition.
Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMs) – Medications such as clomiphene may be prescribed in some cases of male infertility or secondary hypogonadism. They can stimulate the body's own production of testosterone by influencing hormone signaling between the brain and testes.
Aromatase Inhibitors (AIs) – These medications reduce the conversion of testosterone into estrogen and are sometimes prescribed when medically indicated. They are not appropriate for routine testosterone enhancement and require careful monitoring because excessively low estrogen can negatively affect bone and cardiovascular health.
Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1)—Prescription IGF-1 is reserved for rare medical conditions involving severe IGF-1 deficiency or growth disorders. It promotes cell growth, muscle development, and bone growth, but its use is highly specialized and carries significant risks if misused.

6.1 Conclusion
In conclusion, dimorphism is the recognition of traits that resemble the gender of the person with those traits. Dimorphism is heavily attractive to women because of its subconscious reaction from the foid brain to see men with it as fertile, strong, and protective.
