Some methods:
-I'm not an expert
Diet: high protein, low carb, keto, high fiber, volume eating, no sugar or processed foods.
Meal timing/ frequency: fasting, 2 meals a day, OMAD (1 meal), not eating in the evening after a certain time, eating within a certain window of time.
Habitual: >3 liters of water per day, 8 hours of sleep, sleep early, water before meals.
Stimulants: caffeine (green tea, coffee), amphetamines (adderall, desoxyn, vyvance,), nicotine (gum, patches).
Drugs to avoid/ find alternatives to: marijuana, birth control, beta blockers, anti-psychotics, anti-depressants (safe: bupropion, fluoxetine), mood stabilizers (safe: lamotrigine).
Hormonal: insulin control, manage cortisol (stress).
Over the counter: forskolin, berberine.
GLP-1 agonists: Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro).
Retatrutide (not FDA approved).
Additional methods: gum, mints, brushing your teeth, apple cider vinegar, mukbangs, music and increased screen time, goon less (unless it helps distract you from food), dopamine detox, gaslighting yourself into feeling full or enjoying hunger.
List any methods you've found to be effective and which ones you think are the best. I personally think high protein diet and adderall have helped me the most.

Lamictal is supposed to be weight neutral. I personally take it and think it might cause some weight gain but not too severe and it's the best mood stabilizer weight wise. It decreases your glutamate which aids in metabolism. I wouldn't recommend smoking since it harms collagen but it works.

Raglan. It’s a medication that helps you digest food and break down food. It helps keep you full while pushing food out faster

Reta, micro dosing on meth - you could get it prescribed. Micro dosing on amphetamines will prologue your fasting whilst ensuring that you're staying productive whilst doing so which is something that natural starvation won't do.

Agree, any idea of how to get Reta?

why the fuck would you starve yourself as a woman

You need to be burning more calories than your consuming that's just a fact, yes keto/carnivore may help some people but it it still requires this. Being overweight is the biggest nerf there is.

caffeine and nicotine were always the most effective for me
like four cups of black coffee a day and a white gummy ice

Cigs and coffee
I smoke around a pack a day
And have around 8 cups of black coffee
Also not sleeping helps

not sleeping does the opposite of help
when i was eating the least i'd sleep for like 5 hours during the day and 10+ hours at night
keeps you busy and not eating or getting hungry plus your body needs it if you dnot have nutrition

Not sleeping gives your body more time to digest and burn cals, you cant do either in your sleep, aswell as causes nausea and lack of appetite

Sleep, is the biggest help, as the other commenter said.
Going to sleep and waking up early is also helpful, insomnia is pretty much inevitable during weight loss so you have to prioritize it.

How much does it cost for you
honestly idk. I think I'm js rlly lucky bc my dad was a bodybuilder and got into peptides and stuff before it got mainstream, so he just doses me. I think it might be a couple hundred a vial though, but I'm not sure.

thermogenic fat burners help suppress appetite + boost metabolism
such as drinks like celcius/alani
