My own short piece regarding how to do it (P.S. if u got money js do the actual surgery this isnt perm)

Alright so in short a ‘commisuroplasty’ is a corner lip lift, you often see people undertake the surgery for a better ‘mtnr’ or mouth to nose ratio. When someone’s lips are too narrow they get the commisuroplasty to widen their lips. throughout the lurking ive spent on a forum or two, all I have seen are straight retards who don’t want advice rather want subhumans to write “mirin” at an ltn selfie of themselves (they want the confidence boost not knowing it’s already over)

Anywho this will just be a short process;

1: grab a tool, something I used was a precision folding razor, something short and sharp enough to create the micro tears.

2. Grab some alcohol wipes, don’t be an iqlet and forget to sterilise both the area and tool don’t be retarded

3. Post-sterilisation you want to cut the area in a neutral/slightly upwards position (the length is dependent on ur actual lip width, my advice start off with 0.4-0.5mm and go from there), never downwards due to the droopy after effect.

4. Once the micro tears are visible and bleeding has begun wait a little before washing off the blood.

P.S; no this isn’t a permanent solution, after all week or two the soft tissue will have fully rehealed and you would need to do a second round.

Images of my lip corner post-op||fyi; this is just to show any pussies about what the cut looks like after.
(Yes I’m insecure about my teeth length, will possibly shave it smaller in the near future)
