DIY pyriform fossa filler?

Planning on doing DIY filler in around 2 weeks on my zygos, gonions, and chin. also want to maybe try frauding my recessed maxilla by doing some in the pyriform fossa but there's no guide on doing this so curious if anyone has any experience injecting here lmk

mainly worried about migration and injecting it since the area is kinda weird and also injection point would be right next to an artery

There are guides about it on the .org, and make sure to do a lot of research before trying anything

also forgot to mention i'm not concerned about the chin zygo and gonion filler since there's guides for it alr i'm just asking about the pyriform fossa specifically
