You don't get it. There's no way for your body to know the difference between lip skin and your regular skin, therefore if it even did grow back any lip skin it would be uneven and very strange looking

Then you're getting ahead of yourself. I've done my own filler and more complicated procedures aren't on my to-do list yet. You need to first do fillers, tox, and injecftion based things, before you can get to precise incisions & techniques. Practice with a cannula & do some pdo/pcl threads, then once you're fully capable of doing stuff in a mirror to yourself & your pain tolerance has gone up, you can do more complex things.

Sure, but in my experience pain in the arms is very different from pain in your face, its a different type of pain completely and it might be one you aren't able to handle
Hard to do & you have less control, the appeal of DIY is that you can control everything that happens, also doing that would put another person at risk of getting charged with stuff if they give you a medical complication (a VO if they're doing filler)

Not saying you'd report but if something goes wrong and bloodflow through your infraorbital artery gets blocked, you go blind, then your family, friends, and authorities might want to find out what happened & who did it

Good luck, been with experienced people who messed up the pdo threads for tilt before, so you'll have some trouble there, but I haven't seen anyone do pcl for undereyes so far

Nothing catastrophic, just bleeding & swelling, but yes things can go worse than that
