I don't have money for gym, which leaves me reliant on YouTube videos.

For starters, I've been taking antidepressants and antipsychotics for two months now, and because of their side affects I gained weight. I was 53kg and now I'm 60kg.

I'm 165cm (5'4) btw.

Which home exercises are we talking about ?

Stand up exercise

They don't do much as far as building muscle goes, if you want to actually build muscle id recommend doing push ups (incline, flat or decline), pull ups, training with bags filled with books for exemple and body squats.

You should focus on your diet and daily habits like moving more taking daily walks
These HIIT videos can be a good way to excercise but they should just be an add-on/accesory to good daily habits which will help you lose weight quicker and more sustainably

I have dumbbells weighted 3kg if that helps.
I guess they could be good for lateral raises at the start, but they won't do much let's be fr. Calisthenics can help a lot when you can't get a membership

Thank you. These days I eat two meals a day, I used to eat a lot of sweets but right now I just drink a lot of tea with sugar, should I cut on this too?

Thanks. I'll try. Maybe I should get protein powder too.
Protein powder is bs if your diet is balanced like @draftLexy said you should hit your daily intake of proteins. In doubt you can trace everything with something like Cronometer. Just Google exercices to build muscle at home to guide you. Backpack with books helped me a ton when I didn't have enough money toom
