I've been struggling with losing body fat for quite a while now. I'd say I'm fairly well-built and have a decent physique, and I've been complimented on it before, but there are still a couple things I'm insecure about.

The first is my body fat. I'd like to lean down and get more defined. The second is gynecomastia, which is another issue I'm dealing with.

I'm mainly looking for budget supplements that could help with appetite control, satiety, or possibly increase calorie expenditure. I'm not expecting some magic fat burner, but I'd like to know if there's anything that actually works and is worth the money.

My biggest problem is my schedule. I work around 10 hours nonstop, and sometimes I'll still go to the gym after work. I'm definitely building muscle and I can see changes in my physique, but my body weight just isn't going down.

I'm trying to figure out whether I'm simply eating more than I realize or whether there's something I could add to make staying in a calorie deficit easier, especially something that helps with hunger.

What supplements or other affordable options have actually worked for you?

glp1s , tesofensine , amphetamines/dmeth , cagrilintide , MCR4 agonists , theres alot of options

Anything that is pretty much available in public I can jus go and buy? or everything must be injectable

if you want something OTC , you're going to be buying straight fucking cope you need to source yourself
If you want something oral use either amphetamines(can easily get prescibed if you're in the US and they just mog in general) or tesofensine (need to grey market)

You can easily find a grey market source for peptides if you look a tiny bit though you need to pin them all

Retatrutide (ANY GLP1) or if you want Nicotine is an appetite suppressant I guess
