They cost only around 100 to 200 range DIY pretty low risk too. Just order it behind their back, there's quite a few methods u can do to hide it from them

Same ways you'd hide anything else. For shipping you can get it ordered some place else or pick it up

Not really many visable effects unless u fuck it up (hard to do.) Just some bruising and bleeding. For bleeding just do it at night or something when they're not there and bruising u can just lie about (should be minimal anyway)

Nah tldr pdo threads used to be stitches. The insertion is very small and goes under through the fat if I'm remembering correctly.
