I live in a pretty big ctiy and its pretty hard to get a job without connections. not to be racist but a lot of the entry level jobs in my area are taken by indians(which is fine) but im a teen whos trying to get a steady job. I've tried indeed and I have gone to places with my resume and they all tell me apply online but I like never get a call back. I also have experence... Do yall have any advice?

look up websites in ur city that list all job offers and apply for EVERY SINGLE ONE of those and then choose the one where u want to work and turn the others down

gotta try moving out of areas with low skilled curries. Ur still gonna deal with “high skilled” curries in other areas, but they won’t hog all the entry level stuff

You just got to walk around or sign up online but that doesn't really work most of the time
 
Sadly nobody wants to hire wants to hire young people in my city so young people just join gangs or sell weed vapes and drugs to earn money

was gonna give some but im indian at an entry level job😳 im 16 though so where else would i be
do camp counseling that’s what im doing rn they probably have camps for kids near you during summer but idk for the rest of the year
