Do chads above 15% body fat exist?

Can you even be a chad or chadlite above 15% bf? Do people like that even exist? If you look at high bf Jeff Seid, who's usually a gymcel chad or chadlite depending on who you ask, he looks like a typical normie at a higher bf.

I used to be incredibly shredded, so probably below 8%.... pretty much 2 or 3 times in my life.

not worth it, not at all, makes you gays as fuck, hormones go to shit and most adult women don't give a flying fuck about some skinny twat that looks shredded naked but the moment he puts a shirt on he looks like he doesn't even lift.

I suggest a serious 4-5 months bulk then recomp for the rest of the year. you can gain 16lbs to 40lbs in that amount of time depending on if you train or not your legs and you then you can spend the rest of the time losing fat whilist trying to maintain the same weight...which is easy as fuck.

just fucking eat like some food addict for 4-5 months whilist training like a psycho, then when it's time to recomp eat a little bit less while training a little bit more.

Must have insane fat distribution and thinner neck size
And goood ratios above 15%
