Mods take up a way larger portion of the votes aswell so it's impossible for motm to have a greater influence by fucking default

I don't think we have any professional standards for any of the mods, it's just basic rule following.

Though Dean and I's standard on what is defined as doxxing is a lot different than what most users feel like it is, so that's why a lot of users are probably confused about that.
