As with most things with looksmaxxing, the answer is always "it depends". It also depends on the frames and how it fits the rest of your face and outfit, and so on. I feel like a lot of women look great with glasses, but I also feel like they sometimes look dorky.

Ya I feel like the frames having to suit you’re face, outfit, etc is the hardest part

I have glasses, and sometimes they just need to be viewed as a tool. It's hard when you can't see, y'know? It'd be nice to have it be an aesthetically matching setup but it also costs money for every frame and (in America at least) glasses are not always cheap. So it means that if they don't 100% match your outfit/vibe, I wouldn't stress too much about it. If you can, that'd be nice, but it's sometimes not worth it to spend the additional money for more frames, y'know?
