Do hard psychical activities boost test

I've researched this and even made a thread on it. So basically your brain is very powerful and your mind can convince your body to produce more chemicals just because you believe that what you're doing will give you those hormone level increases. It's like the placebo effect. Let's say you do Medieval MMA (the most masculine sport on the planet) and you go without shaving for weeks so now u got a beard. The physical activity promotes muscle growth. The more you look like a man and feel like a man, the more testosterone your body will produce.

This is all a theory and nothing I say in my current state should be taken serioiusly

An interesting concept

In my experience it did not help. It's all about what your mind thinks of it. I've convinced myself that not working out is higher T , (maybe it is scientifically maybe not), and it helped me a little bit. I just want my self esteem up
