16f i have a narrow palate i think, i snore, and occasionally mouth breathe. there’s a picture of me smiling to kinda put it in perspective. i want an alarplasty but my airway is super narrow making it hard to breathe so i was thinking to expand then get an alarplasty. i also have an asymmetrical palette and only have 27 teeth. i dont want to expand too much because i dont want a super wide face since i feel like i already have a pretty wide face. i also have a downward grown maxilla i think so i was wondering if a facemask+expander would be good for me. sorry for the yap but lmk do i expand or not

1. You don't have a wide face, and a palate expander won't widen your face anyways
2. Yes you should get an expander, pair it with braces for your teeth
3. Expand then alarplasty is a decent idea yea
4. I would be shocked if you somehow manage to get a facemask for ur maxilla considering how difficult it is, but if you're able to then go ahead & get it

Seems to be a good plan. Combine that with braces or invisalign, and maybe implants if you need new tooth to complete your lack of
