ok i had braces for like 2 years annoying that it just didnt fix that, also my palate is narrow
My sibling had an overbite and he is also a dentist himself you could get Invisalign or your dentist needs to properly align ur retainers as they could be pushing ur teeth forward

☠️ dude you would’ve never had an overbite if you stayed consistent to your retainers
is it too late to start wearing them again , they were meant to be worn for 12 months after my braces but i haven't rly worn them they still fit but are extremely tight should i start wearing them every night

No it’s not too late immediately start wearing them again and use ice or have some Icecream as they are now going to hurt as they became tight and immediately book a consultation with your dentist so you can prevent a worser overbite

Orthodontist honestly you might have to get braces again if you haven’t been wearing your retainers at all the purpose is so the teeth do not go bent again ask for when ur next dentist checkup consultation is idk if you’re from the UK or US it depends

i also have permanent fixtures in my teeth though anyway so they can't ever go to crooked thats why they aren't that bad after a year of not using the retainer
