I Dont want a rating i know im ugly as fuck right now i just want to know if i have potential under all this fat.

Fr tho, all you need is to eat a good diet with very little to no snacking(get most of all your daily calories from main meals). Start counting calories and eat under your maintenance for 6 months as this is what I did and I lost 20kg. Start working out at the gym to build/maintain muscle on your frame and make sure to eat a lot of protein to not lose muscle while on a calorie deficit. You'll be much better looking on the back end.
