Im 14 and never been to the gym. What would you say should I start training to achieve a nice looking frame?
Good sleep, good diet, less stress, working out (but not extreme)

You can of course abuse HGH AI and steroids but I doubt you’re willing to do it

With the gym im still waiting. My body is currently experiencing a huge growth spurt. I would start when I end puberty so my body can develop stress free👍👍

if you plan on working out, shoulders + lats make for a wider frame. don’t skip out on rear delts either. make sure you’re eating right and progressively overloading with weights and your form and control over the weights are also important.
