do people actually get surgery?

obviously people get surgery a ton, but individuals on these platforms always push surgery heavily and say they will do it but none of them actually commit to it and talk about their results. even with mainstream looksmaxxers i can only name 1 or 2 who have actually hardmaxxed, the rest just lost weight and fixed their skin. ive never met anyone with surgery irl except like aunties with filler and nose jobs

youve only been here for a few weeks
anyone who gets surgery advice here is probably planning to do it in the next 2-6 years and anyone who did follow through most likely left the forum before it was time

Surgery is unrealistic for the main age demographic here, most are planning to get it later in life
