in what specifically?
as a ftm id say yes.
-short (even short cis men face issues cuz of this)
-female build (fat distribution cant change that)
- most women dont want an ftm guy (see us as feminine men which isnt usually attractive)
- cis guys interested in ftm are 99% chasers or see us as women (also no dick often means no interest)
but, it really depends person to person so
as a ftm id say yes.
