i used to absolutely hate my curly hair. tried a bunch of different shit to straighten it like relaxers, keratins, heat, etc and it would instantly go back to being a set of pubes. it grew like a retarded broccoli tard-guard and it beaconed the entire vicinity of people to my subhumanity, on top of my 6'3 height. growing it the fuck out and fixing my frizzy hairball of pubes into spiraly aesthetic lions mane of destruction made me feel good about it for the first time in my life.

i’ve been chemically straightening my hair since i was 8 so idk how my natural texture is like, but i’m in the process of growing my natural hair out and i’m pretty sure it’s 2b/2c, i think i like it but i can’t be sure tho, probably similar to this:

mostly my choice but my mom played a big part, she also straightened it so basically no one in my house knew how to take care of it so it was a frizzy mess
