Im 17F and have a recessed mandible and maxilla and short face syndrome but i have a square face shape already and getting bimax might make me look more masculine?

Although its not like my current recessed chin makes me look any more feminine so idk. I’m just nervous if i get bimax my face will look bigger(?) and decrease dimo

how square is ur face exactly?

if ur face looks like a minecraft character ur a bit cooked either way but u can use ur hair to hide it

a bimax is forward advancement of the maxilla and mandible, not the chin (although mandibular advancement would make it indirectly look more projected)

chin recession is feminine objectively, but its still not ideal
just get the surgery; the gains will outweigh anything else
i heavily doubt your dimo will be affected much by it anyways

i dont think a bimax would make u look like a square from the front, it is more about js improving ur side profile but the changes from the front will not be that severe

whoever says recessed chins r better is tryna keep u subhuman recessed chins will give anyone regardless of gender the side profile of a worm

although i do think women can get away with a bit of chin recession
