To expand on this after thinking about it some:

I feel like he's making two points. I agree with one point, but not the other.


Point 1 (red) is saying that as you get older, your options are more limited - which is... just not true. Anyone who took the time to looksmaxx will recognize this is not true. Auggy you're technically an example of how this sentiment is not true.

Point 2 (green) is saying you should take the options you have now and use them. Sure. I'm not sure if I agree with the mindset you should accept bottom of the barrel because you won't be able to 'grow' beyond that point - you can't improve. Again, I feel like anyone who's sincerely done any form of looksmaxxing will recognize this goes against the ideology and that it's just not true in most cases.

From how I interpreted it, I thought OP was trying to say not to solely think that people can only start living life once they reach chad. But reading it again I agree with you

When I first read it, that's how I read it. With that point, it's a true statement that it's better to start living your life now rather than later. It's why I had to come back and re-read it to try and think about why I didn't fully agree with it.
