You cannot get organic matter from inorganic matter. We were intelligently designed.
And if you assume that life can spontaneously come about from inorganic matter (a stretch on its own), you have to find planets with similar conditions to ours that make life possible, and then this spontaneous generation of life has to occur on these planets (very low chance event). Our universe isn't even that old, people say that its 14 billion years old but only a fraction of that time has life been given the conditions to form. Maybe there will be civilizations that come about in the future (I doubt this), but we are definitely the first and most advanced one of them all.
