The universe could be eternal, meaning it doesnt need an initial mover. Additionally, why is the initial mover exempt from this rule of cause and effect? In other words, why does this initial mover have no origin? Why or how are they unmoved? Thirdly, I don't think this necessarily proves agnosticism to be wrong or a flawed way of thinking. This idea of the unmoved mover is not even specific to any religion. It is not a proof for christianity any more than it is a proof for hinduism or whatever else. Wouldnt that still leave more room for doubt?

it does need unitial mover, without it there wont be ay movements and changes at all
why is the prime mover exempt? because conceptually he self-caused, it has origin, the world cannot be self-caused because in this base in would be an actuality without moves and changes but we see different things

yes im a christian i was raised orthodox
i did have a “rebellious” phase where i denied God but it genuinely made my life so empty
I hated all religions when i was a bit younger cz ithink my parents taught me wrong and kinda forced it on me
but 2-3 years ago i kinda slowly started believing in His existence and started relearning my religion and i actually like it now but sometimes i feel like its js my gut feeling that God exists, like if i were to explain to someone why He exists i wouldnt be able to
but like ik it in my heart?

Why exactly
A lot of reason really I’m not gonna list all because it’s gonna take forever and I gtg to sleep but we can talk tomorrow if you want
But mostly because it doesn’t add up
First of all people used to create a god for everything they didn’t know so any modern god is just there because humans don’t know how everything works yet
+ the world is way too complicated and random / shit for a more intelligent creature to have created it tbh
