fr lol, nothing much tbf, been having school n stuff, been eating clean n exercising more lately, started kickboxing asw, wbu?
I hoped off test and roids Peptides’s only on hgh and my pct.tore my pec about 3 weeks ago so I havnt been in the gym much didn’t work for 2 weeks but back now and eating not much food but only been eating rubbish so I’ve been doing shit

Injury is much better can do push ups with out it feeling like it’s going to snap again my chest is differently shaped though which is annoying but other than that it’s fine now I’m locked in time to ascend even more
