You should rewatch. I don't look like the guy at all but I was watching reruns of TW a couple of years ago and my mom thought I looked like Scott. Anyway, the fact Allison (his girlfriend in the show) looks like this girl I had a crush on (and she took a liking to me too before I blew it) back in high school makes me think it's me in an alternate universe.

As for me, I'd say I Saw The Devil, a 2010 horror (it's actually a thriller but it's so suspenseful and bloody that I consider it to be horror) movie from South Korea. Here's the plot summary; "A secret agent exacts revenge on a serial killer through a series of captures and releases." Ohh haha, I went to the IMDb page for the movie you mentioned and it showed the rest of the plot summary. I get it now.
